  • That being said I really do want Skull Kid was at precisely the exact same quantity of Animal Crossing Items demand today as he was then. Zelda still has gotten no longer meaningful representation, and Skull Kid stays the best choice to provide the franchise it's much deserved new fighter--and he's been mostly forgotten in discussions about new characters. Skull Kid will forever be my number one pick.

Yeah, Skull Kid is the only Nintendo choice that I REALLY need abandoned. I would honestly be really happy with Midna or Tetra as well. Just SOMEONE to represent Zelda that isn't a Triforce Trio incarnation.

I have a feeling that we're going to get BOTW Zelda, and while I do believe that could be cool I would be disappointed if Zelda's just meaningful representation because freaking MELEE are another Zelda.

I knew someone was gont say that, but basically in my mind she is different enough from Zelda to where I'd be OK with it. Hell she isn't even very"Zelda" until the final third of the game, and even at the end she goes straight back to her pirate origins. She feels different from Zelda is essentially what I am getting at. Personality wise, layout wise, everything is more Tetra than Zelda.

Impa is a pretty close second though, I gotta say. Zelda is drastically underrepresented, and that might be partially due to a scarcity of recurring characters which aren't one of the big three, but involving Skull Kid, Impa, and Midna, there is definitely room for another new character from the collection.

I doubt it's the case, but I'd be legit mad if this was be the rationale. Fire Emblem and Final Fantasy swap out their entire cast of characters every match (with just the occasional direct sequel), yet they're still allowed multiple repetitions from the exact same game. Zelda has sooooo many one-game-only characters which would still fit great into Smash, just examine the roster of both Hyrule Warriors games.

The"hard r" is not even near the worst **** folks used to say. Honestly the fact people find that word offensive today is amusing to me because of how absolutely tame it feels to me relative to this old things.

Being a grownup is just having the self control to not say that and say something less offensive or nothing at all.
