    According to a report by WhatsApp beta tracker WABetaInfo, WhatsApp may soon release a new privacy setting related to the profile photos of users. With this setting, the user will also be able to hide his profile photo from a select number of contacts. At present, users do not have this option.

    With this setting, you will also be able to choose the option of 'Accept My Contacts' in the privacy settings of your profile photo, which will allow you to choose which of your contacts can see your photo. You will note that at present, WhatsApp only gives you three options in this case which include 'Everyone', 'My Contacts' and 'Nobody'.

    Let us tell you that according to the report of WABetaInfo, this feature has been talked about for WhatsApp for Android beta version 2.21.21.2, so it is being speculated that at present this update can be released for Android users of WhatsApp.

    But WABetaInfo once showed a screenshot of this setting on an iPhone as well, so that it can be said that later this update can be released for iOS users as well.

    According to the news, along with the profile photo, this privacy setting can also be issued for the Last Seen and About Status features. At present, it is not known whether WhatsApp will release these new features in phases or will give them all in one update to the users.
